Drone Photography Disclaimer

All drone operations by No Worries Real Estate Photography are conducted in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations and are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and property access permissions. If drone services cannot be safely performed due to regulatory, environmental, or safety concerns, substitutions or compensation will be made at the discretion of No Worries Real Estate Photography.

Photo Quantity & Package Disclaimer

Every effort will be made to capture the number of photos specified in each package; however, the final image count may vary based on the property’s size, layout, and shooting conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to select the appropriate package for the property. If the client is unsure which package best fits their needs, they must contact No Worries Real Estate Photography prior to the scheduled date and time of the shoot to discuss options.

Turnaround Time Disclaimer

Standard turnaround time for photos and floor plans is typically within 24 hours from the time of the shoot. Videography services may take up to 48 hours to complete, although every effort is made to deliver within 24 hours when possible.

Rush Delivery (Same Day) is available at an additional fee. Once you select your preferred package, you will be prompted to select any additional services (e.g., additional photos, fire in the fireplace, virtual staging) at that time you will see the availability to select Rush Delivery. Your order will be pushed to the front of the line in the order they were received to be edited; this does not apply for advanced editing needs. You will receive your standard MLS ready photos the same day.

Delivery times may vary based on project size, service type, or unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, weather delays, or scheduling volume. No Worries Real Estate Photography will make every reasonable effort to meet stated delivery times; however, turnaround times are not guaranteed. Clients will be notified promptly of any expected delays.

Property Preparation Disclaimer

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is fully prepared and photo-ready at the time of the scheduled shoot. This includes cleaning, staging, decluttering, and ensuring all areas to be photographed are accessible. To assist with preparation, No Worries Real Estate Photography provides a Pre-Shoot Guide, available for download, which outlines recommended steps to achieve the best results. If a property is not adequately prepared, resulting in delays or reshoots, additional fees may apply.

Service Radius Disclaimer

No Worries Real Estate Photography provides services within a 50-mile radius of the Dallas–Fort Worth area without any mileage fee. Properties located outside of this radius may be subject to a mileage fee of $1.25 per mile (round trip). The application of this fee is at the discretion of No Worries Real Estate Photography. It is the client’s responsibility to contact No Worries Real Estate Photography prior to booking to confirm whether the property location will incur a mileage fee.

Commercial Real Estate Photography Disclaimer

Commercial real estate photography is priced separately from residential photography, as commercial properties require a different approach to capture their unique features and scale. Factors such as property size, lighting conditions, accessibility, usage type (e.g., retail, office, industrial), and specific marketing needs influence the overall time and equipment required for proper coverage.

Clients wishing to book a commercial property shoot must contact No Worries Real Estate Photography directly for a customized quote and scheduling. Standard residential pricing packages do not apply to commercial projects.
